Service availability, pricing, turnaround time, collection and delivery are confirmed by Laundry Rest when you book. Garments are inspected at acceptance; items with special-care requirements, existing damage or stains that may not be fully removable will be discussed with you before cleaning where possible. Please remove personal items from pockets before handing over garments.
Claims and complaints
Please check your order at collection or delivery and report any concern to the store as soon as possible. Complaints, rewash requests and service issues are recorded and handled according to the applicable Laundry Rest process.
