Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Laundry Rest (“we”, “us”) handles information you share with us through laundryrest.com.

Information we collect

When you submit a service booking, franchise enquiry or contact form we collect the details you enter — such as your name, mobile number, email address, city, preferred location, business details and message. Our server also records the page the form was sent from, your IP address and browser type to protect the site against spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, confirm bookings and provide the services you request.
• To discuss franchise opportunities you have asked about.
• To send you a confirmation that we received your enquiry.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for marketing unless you have asked to hear from us.

Who can see it

Enquiries are delivered to info@laundryrest.com and stored in our secure database, accessible only to authorised Laundry Rest staff. Our hosting and email providers process the data on our behalf to run the website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, after which they are deleted.

Website statistics

To understand which pages are useful, we count page views: the page visited, the website you came from and whether you used a phone or computer. We do not store your IP address; visitors are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day. Statistics are kept for 13 months.

Cookies

The site uses only the essential cookies needed for security (form protection) and session handling. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@laundryrest.com or calling 8780337756.
